By 2025, HBCULF aspires to have legislation passed for the placement of a monument on the National
Mall in Washington commemorating all active and non-active HBCUs.

CAMPUS MONUMENT
By 2025, HBCULF aspires to place monuments on the campuses of every surviving HBCU bearing the original name and history of that institution.

Field of Giants
In combination with the monument on the Washington Mall, HBCULF aspires to place a commemorative exhibit of the names of prominent HBCU alumni and allies.

Scholarship Fund
HBCULF intends to develop a scholarship endowment fund, supported through donations, sponsorships, partnerships, etc.to assist underprivileged students aspiring to attend an HBCU.
